While Bellisio’s restaurant is famous for their Italian cuisine, their catering menu offers a large selection ranging from box lunches to carving stations. When it comes to creating a seamless event aboard the Vista Fleet, Bellisio’s helps to curate an exquisite fine dining experience. They specialize in catering weddings aboard the Vista Star and the Vista Queen. Some of our favorite menu items include prosciutto crostini, wild rice stuffed chicken, sirloin with gorgonzola, and the raspberry white chocolate torte.
